I'm having that issue with 2 of my Boogies too. Have you found a way to resolve it? No, I position them in a way that kind of hides it. Been tempted to trim down their leg nubs because I think that is the cause. Edit: I also try not to think too much about it or it would drive me bonkers, which is why I hide it.
