Just the purple version. I really liked the blue colorway, though. The piece definitely looks cool in person on a shelf. That's pretty great you gave one away! Share the love!

Flores stuff is cool enough but if I wanted to read about it I'd look elsewhere . . . please take this shit back to KR!

I've tried to take most unrelated stuff from this thread offline via a PM, but it seems to not want to die . . . For anyone else with non-JP questions about the pics that are left, just hit me up directly. I will likewise just respond directly to you. Thanks.

i heart xonocostle
i don't know why anyone is complaining at all. from the looks of his western/canvas collection, he's got money to spend. he found his way over here. how else will everyone be able to sell their old toys at a markdown in order to buy the newest mutant furbie or tickle-me-gamera?
welcome erich, the sales board is in the Market Place section. for your own peace of mind, it's best to refrain from posting want lists for super desirable and new release toys until you've been here for at least a few months. there are strange systems of respect and restraint in place here at skullbrain. you don't have to follow them, but it's good to know that they exist. some are more obvious than others.
try not to be a I FART A LOT

I dont either. But dont think just because someone mentioned something that not from "Japan" that they are some KR kid. Not trying to be a dick, but when someone's a dick to me that I don't even know. Then you better believe im gonna answer it Happy Collecting

I'm no skullbrain elder but seems to me if you have to specify that you "put in my time" then you are just asking for trouble.

Re: New to skullbrain, but I've definitely put in my time!
Just seeing this thread now.
I think Flynn is the first to admit and has always said we don't make kaiju. The word Kaiju has become as bastardized as the word emo. I cringe the same way when I hear both.
Be honest about what you collect, like and the "time" you've put in. Everybody is so concerned about being "old school" here. Who cares? So many of the old-schoolers are douchebags who don't even enjoy collecting anymore. I love a new collector that still loves it all. I live vicariously through those collectors because I miss the time when everything was new and exciting. Ignorance is bliss,.I have seen some of my best friends, who don't collect, pick up toys literally can't stand and say "whoa this is awesome". I always tell them "hey that's great you should get it"

Re: New to skullbrain, but I've definitely put in my time!
Again, to clarify . . . (and how I should have titled this thread to being with!)
I am a longtime collector of all sorts of things (original art, prints, skateboards, toys), BUT I am apparently newer than I realized before starting this thread to JP/Kaiju. Not everything JP/Kaiju appeals to me, but I've found quite a few things that are so completely up my alley.
And this really HAS been fascinating to watch all week, so thanks everyone on both sides of this crazy coin.

Hey Erich, welcome to the board. I'm new too. Damn, those Jeremy Fish pieces are the shit! Don't worry about all the debate. I've had my butt flamed a few times too My advise, add these two words to your vocabulary--Bemon and AnrukuAnsaku--and you'll be off to a good start. Hey while I'm here, can anybody hook me up with these items? Thanks... This This And this sort of ge-hay looking thing? Thanks
