thats so weak that the UK post office does this with packages. its been explained to me before, but, i'll never wrap my head around having to pay extra money, to get a package you'd already "finished" paying for when you placed the order. (pardon the run on...)

yeah, the black wheeled version was an almost complete version. There were several changes from there.

UK Border Agency have my Trooper and will dispose of it unless I send them a copy of the invoice for them to work out my charges and send it on...
