Gama-Go Pop Up Shop @ Double Punch

Here's a sneak peek at some of the original artwork and products created by Tim Biskup that are going to be available at the Gama-Go Pop Up Shop opening at Double Punch starting Saturday, August 19th. Among the original artwork will be Ninja Kitty Ring and the artwork from Gamagon header card. On the print side, the Astro Unicorn six color serigraph will be available in a limited edition 150 signed and numbered pieces. And... there will also be a Ningyoushi exclusive GID Gama-Gon, limited to only 100 pieces.

ALSO TT has this for pre-sale 79.99

i really dislike the production version of the [expletive deleted]. the design on the face doesn't look as good to me, and they changed the blue to a darker hue which i think makes it look sort of cheap. oh well.

I think the shop is the upstairs level of Double Punch... I was there last weekend, and they were setting things up.

Go to Molinari's down the street and pick up a yummy sandwich while you're there...

I really love the Gamagon and glowies, so I purchased the first glowie Gamagon.

While it is a fantastic looking toy (in the light) it is the weakest vinyl glow toy I own. Big frowny.

I hope this new one is better!

I was trying to do a couple projects with Molinari. They kept bringing in awesome samples of thier sausages. Also in the neighborhood is Caffe Sport, best scampi and pesto penne ever.

If it is more than one per person I can find someone to go buy them for all of us if we all chip in a little extra (maybe $10 each).

The first glowie is definitely one of the best gamagons. I only keep my eyes open for a little while after the lights are out afterwords, so I really love it, despite its night glowworthiness or not. If you really are just interested in the glow, there are lots of other places to look. But in my book the glow is just part of the whole package, and this one beats most others out even without the glow.

So who will be at this event? I'll be up there visiting from San Diego and would like to hang out with some RFSOers if possible.

Yeagm the original face had a shocked expression. I liked it much better, too.

Crap! I'd hook a couple of you up, but I gotta run to a family reunion right after S7.
