Regarding the variant comment, it had me wondering so I tried to do a little research. All the orange goga pics I come across have more green painted around the face. Also, there's no silver highlights in the tail and only one blue stripe with two gold stripes down the chest. I would like some additional info if anyone has any.

I'm definitely no authority on Anraku, but the head detail sees to be from a later date, ie. Dako, Venus Guerilla and later gogas.

Something that i noticed was how a lot of the gogas have a lopsided paint job on the belly, its like shifted to the left. I think Anraku paints from the same position with the same lighting.

The back side is so nice!!

Jeff, all of the gogas from each of the runs have variations on them.

I have a blue one, and two other guys I know have one with the same base vinyl blue, and all three of them have different sprays. Most have similarities, but each one is painted slightly different. I think I have a photo somewhere showing the blues with all of the variations.

Personally, the way I look at the gogas is that they're all one offs anyway because he paints each one in his own way.

That orange one has a very nice spray design, really crisp colors and great patterns! good score!

This might be one of the most beautiful toys I've ever seen. Marmit did a mid-size Godzilla earlier this year that is kind of like this (I think it was black vinyl with green glitter, then a layer of clear vinyl over it) that I was blown away by (but didn't buy because I'm dumb). Oh well. Guess this will just go on my list of things I love but will most likely never own list. Congrats to you on it, though.

off topic, but the idea just came to me and now I have to say it here before I forget.....
SOME AA sculpts(Goga, Dako, Glutamine, Gorilla, Mamaregon) have their MINI......
but what Im missing, and that would be a dream (for those who have held a DRUNK BOY in their hand already), is a MINI Drunk Boy
what do you think ?
a 4-5 inch MINI Drunk Boy...and for sure on clear vinyl base would rock ....O.M.G
I at least hope that this is being made by AA in the future...

Went through some line up changes but I'm way happier with these despite being fewer than what I had.

The Blobpus set is insane. I had a moment of weakness where I thought I'd sell the Blob because I don't collect Blobpus but it's so amazing and the paint on it is even better than on the mini Goga. Plus, as I've mentioned, it's eyes and suckers glow as well as the mini Goga's eyes. I wish I had the header card though, I'd frame it up.
