^ Yes it was, part of the Tall Ships on the Quays event.
It was so crowded that I'm lucky that at least 2 pics came out great !

For those of you who haven't seen my thread in the Whatever section, I am currently on a trip/move to Portland. Spending some time on the road, and going to a bunch of cool places. Kept a few toys unpacked for photos.

Thanks Jeff, for some reason my 20mm f/1.7 seems to have more prominent bokeh than my 30mm f/1.6 - it's DOF is pretty narrow.

@ jcat: Yup I went up to level #124 which is the maximum allowed for the visits. The most amazing thing is that it took less than 1 minute to reach this level starting from the ground :-0
