Hey Rich, I have a question and I don't know if its been asked, but why is Ollie named Ollie?

Per Rich on his blog: "In the end this guys name will be Ollie or Olliver, I based the name off a very old child's movie my father used to put on during the holidays that I LOVED (still do). My guy is based off the character from this movie, can you name said film ??"

"Well since no one guessed him, Ollie's character is made up of both Laurel and Hardy from the 1934 version of Babes in Toyland, but you can pretty much choose any of their movies to get a character feeling. The character has Ollies name but for the most part is Stannie in personality. Usually he is the innocent happy babbling Stannie, but when his walnut sized brain kicks in he is the smart ass that is Ollie. He would like to be what he thinks is the smarter of the two which is Ollie so hence the name."

We've seen a few single shelf shots but not much else. I'm sure Kirk will have some good studio shots but he has the same color as I.

Interesting marbled mix look to Ollie, Rich. Your continued experimentation with colors is mind blowing. I like a lot of work by various Board members, but I will go out on a limb and say MVH is right up there with PK in the quality of product (which I am sure is a culmination of YEARS of practice).

All of those pieces look great. Really diggin the different colors on Ollie. The glow ( if that is glow ) next to the black is really working for me. Excellent work again Rich!

Incredible. Again.

All the sludges were painted on clear vinyl except the one to right of Ollie. He was on flesh vinyl. Ollie however was pained on GID.

ALL domestic orders went out today through priory so you should get your goodies before the weekend !

Burnt out yeah, hell yeah, but its a LONG way to go before I rest. I 'm starting kickstarter stuff now but I'm still waiting for 3/5 of my order. No Ollies in hand = nothing to paint and ship out . BUT I have finished the T-shirt design and I'm working on the print now

Its will all be worth it in the end, besides the kickstarter stuff there are only 2 ,1 off Ollies in the wild 1 being a test shot. I'm SO thankful you guys understand just how hard it can be for an independent artist and have been so patient with all this. Its a LOT of pressure off my shoulders.
