Newbury Comics, along with Rocket Records, used to have the best vinyl (and later CD's) selection in New England. The t-shirts and other trinkets where just ancillary to their core business.

I remember finding in the mid-90's the first Germs 45 on What Records? in the close-out bin for $1.99. Can't beat that with a stick.

NC also had its own label and put out classic stuff like "This is Boston . . . ."

They ruled.
