so i went into my office today after not being in there for a couple of hours, and noticed a faint blue glow.
my frankenberryfighter was still glowing after two hours of no light! and it's shoved sort of in the back of the shelf it is on, so it doesn't receive much direct light, if any.
anyone else noticed this ungodly glow sustain on their blue glow toys from secret base? it's pretty awesome.
right in front of the frankenberryfighter is the regular glow frankenghost. no glow on it, even though it gets more light.

Blue GID is by far the best in my opinion. I'm lucky enough to have my collection in my room so when I wake up in the middle of the night the Blue GID figures are still alive and glowing!!

I had the blue GID "Ghost Fighter" from SDCC 09 and was less then impressed with it's glow. I had it next to some blank GID SB figures and they had 2x the glow.

I think at first his glow can be deceiving if you are looking for it, but once the lights go out he will glow FOREVER!!!!! Way longer than any other glow color that I've seen!

agreed... off the bat, the regular glow glows brighter, but fades MUCH quicker.

The KAWS 5YL is the same way - Green is much brighter, but Blue lasts much longer.

My blue gid rebel hardly glows with natural light bulbs Glows Long when charged with a black light though

i wish hiddy did more with the red gid than just the madball head on the kaiju mantis releses...

The blue GID is a bit tricky. It takes your eyes longer to focus in on it, so at first it looks shit, but once your eyes have settled, they are as bright and strong.
And yeah, last for ages.

I think this is what I was trying to say, but you said it better and yes I agree with Toby I'd like to see more of the Red glow. Doesn't last all that long, but looks great while it's glowing!!

There is an outside chance that once your eyes have focussed, the normal glow has dimmed. But either way, you do need to sit in the dark admiring your glow toys for about 5 minutes to fully appreciate the blue glow.
Which isn't a bad thing, as you end up genuinely appreciating all your glow toys much more than you did about 6 minutes prior

Also in regards to the KAWS 5YLs - I have those boxes in my wardrobe (yes, I have a wardrobe...our house was built before the invention of closets) and I can open one of the doors for 15 seconds and the GID printing on the boxes is blazingly bright! I can see the glow even with the wardrobe door open and with sun streaming through the bedroom window! It's not glow-in-the-dark, it's glow-in-the-LIGHT!

I have a blue gid sharkman and he goes all night long the best with the differant gid from SB is mashing it, I have an orange gid bagman with a green balzak head and no bag and he is a stunner

I'm just waking up and can't figure out what figure you are talking about?? I'm thinking it sounds like a homemade mash up, but please post a picture.

SB should do marbled green and blue or marbled red and blue vinyl. i want marbled GID

mashed is awesome - I have my PK Tooth Fairy Comapnion - he is a mash-up and glows in blue and green, and for overall glowtasticness I have a Crazy-Grow-C Skullhead with 3 different glow colors in one piece of vinyl!
