I'm going to have to pass on this one since the print jacks the price up. I like my Golden Angel Dust one better anyway.

The original black and silver Calli is the only one that makes sense to me. The reason his head is shaped like that is because the top of his head somehow got chopped off, which is shown by the red on top and his terrified expression.

Anyway, I remember buying mine online from S7 (in a signed box) so I looked it up and there it was: $75 on 9/29/04. S7 webstore order #40! lol

$250 for the set was way too high for me.

Is he actively pumping out all these colourways or is it Toy2R?

I don't really care but I would guess toy2r.

The callis look like shit as a set (IMO).

I started getting some of the others, but have since sold all of them except the black/silver. That is still one of my favorite figures, if not the most favorite.

I agree the black and silver is the best. I bought a yellow and a dust and sold them off too. I would sell my black and silver if I could get what I paid but I can't.

I like the Silver and Black, got it at cost from flopdoodle, but all colors coming out are a bummer.

I see why people are bummed about all the colorways...especially since the black/silver is indeed the best. However, the dust versions and this new colorway are pretty great; and I actually do like how they look as a set...excluding the yellow/non-striped one.

250 is extremely steep though even though it is limited to 100 and you get the print.

i agree, i've had alot of conversations with people about this issue lately.
i like the newest colorway a lot, but its just getting ridiculous.

i know people have expressed that they like the new large pollards, but i feel like they are the first nail in the pollard coffin :(

The big pollards and the little pollards are completely different beasts, as I see it.

i fall prey to this too but let's play devil's advocate...why to western vinyl pieces that are churned out in multiple colorways rub sooooo many people the wrong way yet a new paintjob on a rxh or secret base piece is snatched and gobbled. i know how i feel but want others opinions...GO!

Actually I was thinking about that too...If I had the chance, I would probably pick up a handpainted calli to hold court over all the striped/escaped convict callis.

I would be interested to hear an explanation for this apparent phenomenon as well.
