Re: Hey guys/So long and thanks for all the shoes

My 2008 vist in LA was both exciting and memorable for me. Thrilled to hook up with fellow SBers, particularly the LASKERS! Astros, the Whatgives Rootbeer challenge at Carl's house, a tour around Muton's Palace (awesome, awesome collection), and a quick trip down Posers on Melrose a few blocks from Carls. HMS (Scott) Alex, Glenn, Hiro, etc.
HMS (Scott) Alex, Glenn, Hiro, etc. Realizing that people on here have came and went, I am surely taking a step back and have started to appreciate the "experience" beyond toys. Meeting very special people on SB and making friends, like what Carl said in a different thread, is indeed priceless. And because of this, I am very appreciative of the fact, not only to be part of SB but also to belong to a very unique community. And given that I am based half way across the globe.
Alex, accidentally bumping with you on Melrose Ave. was a pleasant surprise, with Fred Perry and music being our topics on that very short time we talked. Thanks man and goodluck!
