Heh heh, that lamp. It's a reproduction of an original 50's decorative wall lamp. I plopped a good $60 on it. I have seen them for MUCH more (Often over $100), I don't know if the company even makes them anymore. Never found an original, most of them were peeled off apartment faces and destroyed during the crack-addled tasteless 80's.
My last relationship I was mostly the lighting whore and got most of the googie style lamps after the witch dumped my sorry ass.
Who needs furniture when you got 3 big display cases packed full o toys, nice lights, and a futon? (Damn that was some sweet furniture though! That battle-axe!)
