This just happened a few days ago at Tyson's Corner mall here in VA. A 50 year old "grand mother'' decided to toss her baby grand daughter from a 25 ft high garage walkway without missing a beat.

the poor infant passed away 2 hrs later at a local hospital.

which means, she had to have felt every anguishing second of pain.

Honestly I feel like theres this tolerance for more and more bullshit these days. I dont get it? Maybe its been there all this time and Im now just seeing it, but its bad. I think the economy gives people excuses to be shitty to each other and be self serving. Its every man (or woman) for themselves these days. People feel wronged so they wrong others to feel like they aren't being taken advantage of. Its a cycle that is not stoping, its snowballing bigger and bigger.

After watching it I thought of this too. It's really sad and hard to think about, especially when you have a child. On one hand you really want to have a villain and say "what a shit!" and take it out on them, on the other it's hard because mental illness, even at a more subtle stage, is generally the cause for some of these really bad things. There are people with such subtle cases of some of these illeness a lot of people blow it off and say it's fake, sometimes it goes undiagnosed. Then you start saying "maybe it wasn't, maybe they were just terrrible!"

Tough thing to think about, it's really sad. Just makes me really hold on to what I have so much more. That movie's depressing, but totally worth it.
