the gloves fit super tight, and they don't seem to cover the hand fully on mine (see third pic). i would have preferred not being able to see the flesh coloured hand underneath though. tried taking them off but i'm afraid of breaking something, so i left it at that.

still a sweet figure, the skull sculpt is really nice, and colours are perfect with each other. i like it!

Funny... I don't hear anyone complaining about pushead prices. Some people are even gambling $120 on the hope of getting a pushead thru xball sales. I think this is a classic case of "want to have v. must have"

This head and hands would have looked way better on a skull bee body. As is it just looks weird to me. The hands look huge compared to the body.

so the bughead is flesh colored too...no?

yeah, if you look at the SB site you can see it through the crack on the back of the mask.

Yes...I believe so. If you look at the sb site they have a picture of the back of the helmet and through the split you can see flesh.

bughead in flesh makes sense as its homage/companion to the OG Cyclovillain - which had a flesh humanoid head underneath the skull.

The gloves and head as a "mask" with a slit in the back are also in keeping with this homage, which in itself was a homage to Henshin Cyborg.

And yes, I know all of you hardcore know this - but thought it might be interesting for newer collectors to hear.

If a homage is worth doing, it's worth doing right!

After going to all the trouble of a new sculpt and paint masks I'm still hoping Hiddy hasn't totally shelved the Astro Brain!
