Re: Angora Patio
I was curious if that had anything to do with NAG or if it was just in the pic. I heard rumblings of a whole new figure, maybe?! RUMORSZANDHYPESZ@@@!1!!11!!1

Re: Angora Patio
The techniques used for both figures look similar but are not identical, the "new" sculpt is textured in part with with a dentate stamp which doesn't appear in the finished Nagx3 sculpts. In any case this new sculpt still appears to be in non vinyl prototypical form.

Re: Angora Patio
The price is a little steep for an added crappy shirt and CD. The frankenrouge version is still cool in my book, but I guess I still won't get one. Was there a Siamese verison of the first franken release?

I agree, I'd never wear the shirt and probably wouldn't be bothered to listen to the cd. I don't want to pay an extra 70 bucks for them.

Numbered run of only 20 shirts made. CD also has hand drawn stuff on the cover but whatevs.

This one is a hairless version thus the image on the header of Barom1esque dude pulling his hair out.

Re: Angora Patio
Well, people generally just want the toy - they don't want to pay a huge mark-up for extras that they don't really want. Just like the Dead By Gun Skullbrain - nobody wanted the music, just the toy, and didn't want the toy bad enough to pay extra for the CD.
The only toy/extra combos I can think of that "work" are the SB toys that come with shirts (Toxic Phantoms), panties, or bandanas, and the Adore Galtan that came with a shirt. In those cases the "extras" were directly related to the toy (and didn't come at a HUGE mark-up). This shirt and CD don't appear to have any connection to the toy, and appear to be a way to make people pay for something they don't want. Not all people who like Nags have the same taste in clothing/music.
Luckily for whoever is putting together this Nag package people know that even at $325 they can throw away the shirt/CD and still sell the toy for $1000...

I'm in no way religious, but I'm not into upside down crosses and don't get the swastikas even if they are the non-nazi representation. In addition I would'nt listen to any CD with DJ so and so on the cover. I am mostly angry that the price is way out of my range

There was a Siamese version of the hair one but I've only seen the Mishka dudes with them (they made the header, payment?)
I like the shirt. I don't know about the CD since I don't know what the hell is on it.

The T shirt and CDs were Shigeru's idea and Greg liked the fact that he wanted to offer something different with his toys. As for the shirt design, it's actually a zombie Barom1 being crucified upside down to have a connection with the toy. The swastikas are the symbols for Japanese buddhist temples thus the flip. The CD was another flip off of SigueSigueSputnik which Shiger likes alot.
