Well, there's plenty of artsy stuff and lot's on movies, comics, sports, food, animals... you name it. Porn of course.

i joined up this past month and don't really know what's up with it either. i just tag and link pictures and writings and stuff. other people do it too and it looks like it goes on forever. some of my favorite young actors are pretty active on there (joseph gordon-levitt, donald glover, aziz ansari) so i guess that's cool.

i have one, barely use it... the blogging is very simple, but i don't like the way dashboard feeds the blogs you're following [though it could be i'm not on it enough to keep current]. there is a ton of great to be found though... even it is buried under 5 tons of garbage.

Yeah a lot of my uber techie friends are nuts over this tumblr micro-blogging.
I use wordpress which works great for me because it has so many capabilities for customization.
But I am seeing quite a few wordpress themes picking-up on the simple tumblr aesthetics and incorporating taxonomies to categorize posts just like tumblr.

I haven't spent much time on the tumblr sites but they seem to be a blend of a blog and facebook all in one.

Ralph the new website looks amazing. Congrats on all the toys/books etc you've been working on.

The Wonder Woman picture book is being released this spring and that concludes my DC hero trilogy.
But, I'm currently working on a new wickedly fun monster book series along with a craaaaazy Fun-boy game!

Tumblr is actually quite cool. Working on setting up my own Tumblr, but not ready for prime time yet. Beyond the simple interface and nice layouts, it also has very nice social media integration. I like the fact folks can like and even reblog content on Tumblr to different accounts. Allows nice viral spreading of content.

But it’s mainly an East Coast hipster-ish thing for now. But clearly gaining traction elsewhere.

Will post mine once I get it settled and out of "Alpha.”

Okay, my first week and I really like Tumblr. There are minor annoyances like the fact if you post a “Photo” you can’t set a title for the post; why!??!?!?! But I really like the ability to queue up posts and have the system automatically set a span when the posts show up.

I actually like it a lot more than Twitter. I still don’t understand most folks who obsessively tweet. But that’s my crusty old man peeking out there. Still, great stuff.
