Adam is right - thats a Medicom Mach Roid head which appears to be stuck on a garga-fight body - kinda cool actually in terms of mash-up....if thats what it is. Also if its on red vinyl thats the rare show-only version of the head, which came sealed in its own bag at some toy show or other 10 years ago (give or take). I have bothe versions of teh head at home - so would be interested to compare deatiled pics from whoever got it - in order to help properly id it.

Do you have a pic of the other color head? I remember it going around (didn't they also do some mail order to Medicom mailing list people? I have one of the Cyclops guys that was in clear before they released the clear version, I think Takara also did that with the Ultraman Jack Henshin Cyborg mask.) but I don't think I've actually seen that one.

I wonder if this was an old Patchi-Summit release. G used to participate in the 2006 and prior PS.

The body doesn't seem to match any existing G release... guess someone could have stripped and painted the red Bullmask, but that would be pretty difficult with the masked uniform.

bummer (especially for the person who bought it - assuming they were hoping it was legit). I'd like to think there's some weird oddball early stuff we don't know about.

Let me set the records straight.
While koji is right that it was never released, the lumina borg head fighter is 100% legit.
Straight from the horse's mouth, Kiyoka painted a small handful of these as presents to some medicom inner circle folks. It is no random mash-up.
Whoever got this from mandarake at this basement price got really really really lucky.
