^^^^^awesome
If that pic included some Space 1999 and Six Million Dollar Man stuff it'd be 1977 / 1978 all over again for me.

Congrats!!! That Death Star playset provided me with countless hours of destructive adventures. I miss my Death Star. All I have left is my Hoth Imperial Attack Base. Enjoy!

Re: The "What You Got In The Mail That Isn't A Vinyl Toy" Thread
Thanks Guys!
I don't want all the Star Wars stuff I had as a kid, but there are a few key things I wanted to replace & the deathstar was #1. I loved the hell out of that thing as a kid. That Hoth attack base is really cool too, I have great memories of that. They packed so many features into these playsets.
@marswillrule - I don't have any 6,000,000$ man stuff right now, but I do have a Pulsar! When I Was a kid I had that Giant space 1999 ship, and maybe an orange figure or something like that. I haven't thought of those in awhile.

I went to a shoe store today to buy my girlfriend a Valentine's Day present (earings) and they ad all kind of Vans shoes I talk to the owner who's a big Vans fan like me, told him I wish they sold Vans mat. He went to the back store and came back with this: He told "now you get a gift too", and that he would surely get another this spring what a nice guy

Erostika included it with the poster I ordered with the same image.

This is the second Mondo print I've seen in person, the first being FB's "Han Shot First" print, which I bought for a friend for Xmas (this one's for me!), and I gotta say the quality of these prints is outstanding. You can't really tell in pics, but they used really nice metallic inks for some elements of image... the whole boa is done in a shimmery yellow.

nice! yea mondo is nothing but quality. i passed on Han Shot First and regret it. Greedo JUMPS right off the damn paper on that print. i also have "the Night of the Living Dead" by Bertmer, and the Pelican variant print (yellow) he did for the band's DC show. ungawa222 wrote: This is the second Mondo print I've seen in person, the first being FB's "Han Shot First" print, which I bought for a friend for Xmas (this one's for me!), and I gotta say the quality of these prints is outstanding. I really need to pay attention to when the Mondo posters go up for sale. I always find a way to miss out on them...

Just arrived from Apple: custom made 100 page photo book I put together from images I saved over a few years from various websites like YJA, SB, EBAY etc. [For my own collection, not made for commercial purposes as I do not own copyrights etc on the photos. I think it's a great way to view jpegs in the physical form of a book rather than just "hidden" away or "lost" somewhere on my computer!] Oh, I like that. Great idea. I have a big collection of images on my computer (for reference, inspiration, etc) and I rarely look at them. This is way better than storing them on a HD.

Cost $60 plus shipping for a 100 page medium size soft cover book. I was well impressed with the binding and printing and very nice quality! Printed in Japan by Apple and ships in a few days after placing order.

great idea, excellent bathroom reading! COOP should make a book like that, I'd buy the piss out of it.
There are sites like lulu.com where you can make books pretty cheaply...
