Re: "Mmmm, this is a tasty burger"
Wow. I think it looks incredible. I'm really impressed by the highlighting and fade work to make the bun look toasted and the limbs saucy. I see what you're saying on the layer under the eyes, and I think it works as is. It looks better compositionally to have the whole face/head area one color, and I think it might get a bit muddled to make the sauce another color. I'm surprised noone's done this yet, but I'm still blown away at how good you made it.

Re: "Mmmm, this is a tasty burger"
This figure doesn't really do much for me but you have certainly painted it well. I think it's fine how it is. It's a very literal interpretation of the character and I think it works perfectly. Nice job, dude.

The interpretation I was looking for! Might need some more finesse but I'd be proud of it!!

Re: "Mmmm, this is a tasty burger"
love the paintjob! never thought of what it would like as a real burger. and I like the way the burger included the sauce actually.
you know what they call a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in France?

Re: "Mmmm, this is a tasty burger"
i'm finally starting to see the "top lip" part of the patty, and it makes so much more sense to me now. the only thing that throws me is that i get more of a ketchup feel than a special sauce feel. (but i have to look at pictures of that particular three layer burger all day long, so i may be a little biased. =p)

Re: "Mmmm, this is a tasty burger"
Thanks for the feedback/support everyone. It means a lot coming from all of you.
I was pretty sure both S7 and Arbito wouldn't go the traditional color route on this guy and I really wanted to see what it would look like. It really turned him into some sort of rejected kids meal toy and pulls out the quirky/cartoony side of the character.

You made a fun piece!

Thanks for the support and kind words everyone. Leecifer wrote: Yup really dig that Killer!!! Can't get over that event. What fun. I'd love to be involved in something like that. S7 should do a Steven customizing workshop. I think a similar event in SF would be even more successful. They could make it a series of workshops or 1 big event, with you and all the other Monster Family people.

 Re: Golden Killer
Killer is out of the bag for a better pic. You can see more of the orange vinyl trying to peek through the gold spray.
