Hey, good to see Joe is back posting on Kaiju Chronicle. I think quite a few of missed him.

Post Re: Yamomark figures
I know, right? I've been really financially strapped for cash lately and now this guy popped up?!?! Gerrr...
This guy is really incredible looking. I love all of the detail put into this guy (as well as so many other Yamomark figures). Plus, seahorses are one of my favorite sea creatures, so this sculpt is a major plus in my book. I guess I will need to start scrimping and saving so that hopefully, whenever this guy will come out, I'll be able to afford him.

Post Re: Yamomark figures
I most definitely want this Seahorse Guy. I think this has just become my new favorite Yamomark figure. One of these in a clear vinyl with the right paint job would kill it. The side view really shows off his sea-horsiness and the attention to detail.

I'm loving this new figure, but also it's hard not to make the comparison. The tail is definitely a wonderful detail as well as the flaps under the arms. Also it will probably have some kind of weapon? This will probably be my first Yamomark... (although I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on a King Kameppa or not)

Wow, another interesting Yamomark sculpt. I think my personal preference is for the bizarre 'hodgepodge' figures, but I can't wait to see the colour scheme they come up with for this guy.

Finally got around to creating a flickr account, so I snapped a pic of the Zarinkingu GID I opened up this morning. (bare with me for the shitty quality photo, it doesn't do the figure justice.)

http://www.flickr.com/photos/60961724@N02/5556014872/

EDIT: okay, I am a total Fresh Meat, I can't figure out how to embed the photo directly in the post, so the URL will have to do

Flickr is weird. you actually have to go to a view a size, right click it and copy image location, You can't just use a flickr URL. then just highlight your location and click the little Img button.

^ FLICKR - The newest and easiest way is:

When in the standard view for any image just above the image on the left are two buttons: 'Actions' and 'Share This'

Click on 'Share This' go down to 'Grab the HTML / BB Code (Underneath 'Grab the Link')

This will show all the code for every image size - make sure you click the BB Code button - cut and paste into Skullbrain . . . . . . :)

(BB Code is what you need for uploading to message boards - either of the 'medium' sizes are best)

Yeah, when they changed over to the new method it took me forever to catch on. I didn't see any instructions or anything. I hate when companies fix what isn't broken.

That GID Shrimp is so cool. This whole damn line is so cool though!

AAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!

Just a few weeks back, I emailed Amy at Lulubell to inquire if they had any plans for a Yamobazooka exclusive... tonight I check KC to see that I completely missed the GiD exclusive offered in their Shooting Blanks series!

Damn this blink-and-you-miss-it hobby!!

Anyone having buyer's remorse?

Aaaaaarrrrggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Curse you inferno need to have that figure!! Is anyone picking up that Hakusenkingu from the Rakuten site? I'm not good with the kanji, so I haven't really ordered from any of these Japanese sites (much to my loss)
