 Re: threeA Toys
Im thinking small run size on them as the availability couldn't have been high to sell that many so quickly

Over 500 pieces is probably still a pretty big run for 3A. The fans are ravenous.

 Re: threeA Toys
I wonder if that number also includes the ones that were givin away to Japanese customers from previous orders? Either way, that's a crazy amount to sell out that quick.

 Re: threeA Toys
I might be wrong, but I think 3a are fairly unique in being "big" in NA, Europe, HK / Taiwan and Japan... Can't think of many other toys that are.

It's understandable though, how many artist can drop names like Tank Girl, Spawn and Metal Gear. That's not even including his own stuff. I would figure Pushead might enjoy similar popularity around the world, I mean what countries kids don't like metal and skateboards? Not sure how that translates into toy sales except I still don't have a Siamese captain.

 Re: threeA Toys
3A did a good gesture in donating to the relief funds for Japan. Many people are into 3A, even Pushead is a big fan.

That is true, free for 3A customers living in Japan.

 Re: threeA Toys
Unfortunately I never knew threeA existed till I saw pics of the JDF Dropcloth set after Wonderderfest, so I'm not a "previous customer". If things are gonna go that fast I never will be either!

 Re: threeA Toys
They are pretty awesome, the arm joints are a little loose at least on the 3 I have. That may be fixed since these are just now in production.

You will be lucky to even find any at the moment. Think the goodsmile preorder ones from the website go out this month so you may be in luck.

 Re: threeA Toys
I dunno. For all that the JDF colorway was bound to grab people's attention here (it certainly grabbed mine) I don't think it's the best colorway they've done, & on the whole I'm not too pissed to have missed them. Take a look around at some of the others (Inb4 "preaching to the converted".) I love the details: "Cold Heart" on the Mr. Frostys for example. The Berties are awesome too, & they come with the mini-squares! Loving this guy: derp.
