Awesome a Tattoo thread, probably a good way for me to break the ice with everybody. I am a long time toy collector but new to this site. I am amazed at how many of the top dogs are on this site and I look forward to interacting with all the members here. I have met a few of you at past Cons and events and Ive always had a positive experience when doing so, so Im sure the forum is the same way. Im pretty shy and I just got into the forum life within the last 12 months. But anyway heres the tattoos I have on me, I am a bio mechanical freak and I love the style so I went balls out over the last 7 years getting tattooed in that style, I am going for a full suite. Hope you guys like them!

Bend of the knee to the curve of the butt cheek. We came up with it, drew it and tattooed it over about a 10 hour period. He was in town for the Philly convention, asked me what I wanted at 1am, drew it at 4am, and started it at 9:30am. Haha.

Haha, nice. It's bigger than I thought, good location though definitely. Wierd to think that I've started on my legs and I never even thought about that spot. Trying to get my foot filled out but shit that's gotta be the worst spot ever.

It really wasn't that bad. I had built it up in my head that it was going to be murder, but it was as bad/good as any other spot really. The healing has been quick; I'm not as miserable as when I got the top of the thigh/inner thigh done.

Tops of the feet weren't terrible, either, but then again, mine don't go down onto the sides of the foot, so....
And I've got it in my head to get the soles of my feet tattooed; same technique as my palms. Please, someone talk me out of that stupidity.

Yeah that is a super fun spot to get done. I got some new work on my front a few weeks ago (the daggers).

I thought Aron Cain right away. Nice work, I may have to check Don out. I am seriously pissed at Guy for not tattooing anymore. I have a piece I want him to do I have had in mind for a decade.

I'm fairly sure Guy still tattoos more than folks think he does.

I've been under the impression/heard that Guy goes through periods where he will tattoo, then take time away from it. He's also apparently selective about the stuff he does when he is working.

Thats what he told me the last time I spoke with him, that he was doing "occasional large pieces" but often does first comes at conventions. That was a year or two ago though.

The bummer is I have no way of talking to him. I try and bug him from time to time but for a while now just get a form letter about only tattooing occasionally and usually only for existing clients. I would mind quite so much but I am talking a full sleeve with chest panel and rib work. Not the type of work you just want to take to someone else. Of course he is free to do whatever he likes but I don't have to be happy about it damn it! If anyone hears he is working a convention I would be forever grateful for a pm.
