Paid $40 on 3/30 for the custom Mightin featured in his "Dusty Window Sale"; still no toy, no tracking info, no refund. We have been in communication several times on it, but so far nothing has come of his promises to do right on this deal. I have been beyond patient and understanding; he's left me no choice but to call him out.

but if you are selling items. your obligated to get them out in a decent timeframe.

hell the person you sold it to send you the $ in a nice timeframe for you. you'd think sellers would do the same in return for the customer.

To his credit, he was staying in (what seemed like) earnest communication with me about it, up to a point... he says that he's having some life difficulties; I can appreciate that, but even in the midst of my own major life difficulties (for example, selling off nearly my entire, beloved Gara-collection in '08, then expediently packing and shipping tens & tens of pieces worldwide, all while getting divorced and moving out of my home of 10 years)... I could never imagine taking anyone's money and then just not delivering goods (or issuing a refund, if "life" was really such an impediment). Straight-up bullshit that none of us should have to deal with.
I cut him too much slack to let it go this long.
If he makes good I will of course update here.

On the flip, 98% of all my sb transactions have been smooth as silk.

He can't be too busy if he has time to keep posting on facebook.

I had a problem one time with him and a SB Skulletor set... He flat out said he sucks at doing stuff in a timely fashion, and refunded my money. Sucks it's taking so long, if you're gonna ship late at least contact the buyer.

Hey all, finally back at a computer. I just had the chance to talk to Ungawa and am fixing my malfunction. I appreciate anyone who says I'm a stand up guy. I'm honest but outside of collecting I sometimes lead a fucked up life. I didn't mean to screw over Ungawa with this wait, and am trying my best to make good by him.

To be an open book like I usually am, I used to fuck up on KR alot. Mostly because at the time I was a teenager, with a drug problem. I sold toys and bought coke. When I ran out of coke I'd ship the toys. I got over that problem a few years ago and was doing pretty ok with my transactions. That being said I'm a neurotic mess and post offices bother me. I have others ship for me, and sometimes things get confusing, and I lose track. Making me a slow shipper. Admittedly so in most of my sales threads.

The recent lag was again caused by me making poor life decisions some too personal for me to really mention publicly. BUT in the process I broke up a marriage, lost a friend, and ended up homeless. So again I lost track of shipping. On the bright side all is well now and blah blah blah roof finally back over my head.

And yes. I continued to post on facebook, because as a freelance tattoo artist thats where I make my money. Money which i need to re establish the previously mentioned roof. Plus my phone was my only means of digital communication, and it barely runs the fb app, Let alone it letting me use paypal etc.

Again I sincerely apologize to Mike and anyone else I have done this to over the years. I'm in the process of changing again, and things are looking good. 2 weeks pill free for anyone who cares!!
