I've never seen this before today, but are a lot of miniature sets produced for the Japanese Market? This set is great, it even features the voice of Baltan, Ultraman, and Jiras, as well as exploding noises... To top it all off The building can split in two, the bridge can collapse in the center, and the Oil tanks can pop off the mat. As an adult this would make for awesome stop motion animation fodder, or even photography in general..

Years before I figured out I could look to Japan for most of my needs, in '91, I bought the American playset that tied into the Australian co-production thingie. Lame as all get out but it made me happy at the time.
