thanx, anybody switch the parts around yet? I was worried it might chip off some paint, the prototypes were painted kind of thick. I don't have any of the production pieces yet.

I am happy you guys enjoy them, not just for obvious reasons, but the SB crew has really been a fierce motivator for me since I first started coming here.

I did not try to switch mine. The vinyl is a little harder than most. I'm sure the blow dryer would fix that, but i like them as is.

I've switched them around w/ no problems to the paint. When I first saw how thick the vinyl is I thought I would need a hair drier also, but these are engineered w/ a different joint systen so they pull apart and go back together quite easily.

ha! never even thought of doing that. awesome. these guys add such a nice play factor to the mix.

I'm picturing a self-made Jeff Lamm Chess set with these guys as pawns.

I received this in the mail today. Dan from togetherplus gifted this to the first person to respond on twitter. Awesome gesture on his part, he even paid for shipping. I hope the toy karma god returns him the favour. (ironically my brand new bmx was stolen yesterday, so I was having a really crap start to the week, but this really put a smile on my mug)

I was gonna get him customized but the more I look at him the more i love this little runt as is.

The mohawk was a nice surprise. This unrefined punk is gonna add some street cred to my shelf of sheltered sofubi house-pets

Hey, Jeff, I was curious, do you know if there are going to be any medium sized monster battles shirts made... I'm way to small for X-Large, but I really want to support your art... Let me know...

It's a f-ing awesome print...

Thank you! It's pretty much done being printed. You may find some similar art for sale on clothing over at Iron Fist, I do a lot of art for them. Of course www.monsterworship.com will be having shirts to coincide with the new glow Greasebat release.

Thanks for the nice words

Any thoughts on when we might see some more colourways or unpainteds? Like many, I missed out on the first release, and other than the raffle, I would love to get my hands on some. I actually really love the translucent mint green of the original casts best. I am also interested to see what kind of extras/changes you come up with. The Greasebat city is such a sweet idea, but minis are cool too. Sooo many places to take this.... Absolutely phenomenal work on these guys and Greasebat in general. And the artwork is outstanding, I can't get enough :D

Yeah seriously, I need to come up off my wallet!

Ultrakaiju, different colors will be released about every 10 to 14 weeks until the series runs out, then thats it. Blanks (white vinyl) will be available at some point. The green vinyl test figures didn't get made.

Mini figures are in planning stages for GB. I really want to do a carded playset, but that may be a bit too much. We'll see. Plus taking toys off the card is a harder decision than just unbagging them... although a few toys on a cool looking card would make a nice display piece!

thanks guys

i think it's cool that you're being so forthcoming with your release plans. My wallet thanks you for giving it advance notice of the pillaging that will ensue.

Make a slide card for them. Plastic slides up off the cardboard and you can remove figures without damaging anything and then reassemble if you want to no longer display them. A little more expensive, but may be worth the effort.

that is an excellent idea! I didn't even think of that. I'll have to check with my vacu-form friend if he can do that.

2 of 5 available at SDCC were sold before they even starting selling. Then 2 were gone to people in "line". Last one sold by lottery and lost. I just do not have this down right. Now I'm 0 for 2 with toys so far.
