Box #2 for the day brought me two M1s from a recent lucky bag - finally a Godola-seijin in my life, and I'd broken my 1 per sculpt rule with Pestar; I've been curious about what all these bronze figures looked like up close, and the deal on both was ridiculous. I had little choice. Gotta say I'm liking the fake metal, but the real surprise was the light blue fella. The Marusan sculpt is fantastic, and the paint job is just gorgeous, with popping colors and just the right amount of overspray --- this guy looks the most like a brand-new 40some-year-old toy than I've ever seen. Prefect size, too - Easily griped in one hand, you just want to take him everywhere you go and set him right in front of you. Also - pictures do no justice to his meat-vest. All in all a banner day for Tsuburaya tscores.
