 frog kun weirdness mine cane from japan today
check out the weird construction with that big glued in lplug. while the quality is pretty sloppy-glue marks, bad paint, the figure is actually kind of cool in person.
it is realy heavy tho, its totally odd.
I dont think its a boot as it was purchased at BXH by a bro.

im still tripping on the construction. it makes no sense. I have 15 other versions of the Kun in this size they all are relatively lightwieght vinyl and 2 piece torso construction.
are the melting ones like this too? I dont have those so I cant compare.

Havent really seen the melting ones but have several other kuns and none are like that..Not even the mekarus...I thought the back plate looked a bit odd..Won't keep me from trying for one though-Very dfferent and fresh-Love em!!

I'm guessing they were going for sort of a turtle shell look...not sure why they didn't throw some color back there though.

after hearing about the kaws head inside of the bxh/kaws figure it looks like something should be inside the back.
That's kind of cool if it's to look like a shell though.

This is probably my favorite Kun, if not favorite BxH piece. The best is no lights in the room but the glow of a pc monitor on his face, makes sick shadows. The Kaws Kun is too plastic-y for me compared to this one. I didn't have any glue marks but a very slight paint mishap near the neck. Overall killer piece though. And I guess Moguru means "Dive".

Resolution (maybe?): If you look at the frog dude, u will see he is made in China, not Japan like the other Skull Kuns I have. Also, his feet aren't articulated. I like him, but he is a much lower quality than the other guys.
