No offense Fourth but I think planking is one of the dumbest things in real life, seeing in transposed onto toys....meh. To me planking = sheep, people will do anything stupid if they feel it's cool.

I see no problem with this thinking. I'll do anything if I think it's cool, stupid or not. The trick is to not care if others think it's cool or not. That said, if others think it's NOT cool and I do I'll still do it and they can eat crap and act high and mighty and scoff at me while smelling their own farts and dying of a heart attack from stress at an early age because they're too busy judging to have any fun without thinking and worrying about what others will think of them.

ALL THAT SAID I don't think planking is stupid, just boring now. It was a cool/fun/stupid idea originally but like everything in the internet age it got old fast.

This thread is funny and if people are having fun planking their toys I can't bash them. I'll just go have fun doing something else. Probably something stupid.

(and my original point is YES I don't think it's remotely cool and very idiotic, like a bunch of people tipping a cow?) So what if you think it's cool? So basically you're saying I can eat crap and die of a heart attack smelling my own farts from stress? Wow really? Trust me I'm not that stressed. So here: Generally speaking, people who scoff at others for doing dumb stuff (where no one is hurt, that's important) should chill because it's all out of fun and not have stressed out scoffing fart smelling "better then you" heart attacks so they can continue to have fun that someone else will no doubt think is also dumb (and continue the cycle). OK I thought you were pointing at me as an "old fart not knowing how to have fun". My g/f thinks I'm having too much fun actually and need to hunker down but man-child I'll always be. I just don't get planking at all. I realize there is no point to it except to photograph yourself in that position, the weirder surroundings the better, but it just seems like some hipsters wet dream of banality. I guess the closest I came to planking ever was on my first acid trip back in 1988 when I was felt like I was going to float off the planet that night. I decided to go home but couldn't face being in my room. So I laid down on the side of the road and people kept stopping their cars to ask me if I was all right? Getting people to believe you've died on the side of the road seems like more fun.

I am with Lixx though, planking is pretty stupid, but photos of toys are cool. There is no shortage of sources of stupidity on the internet though, just as I am sure there isn't any lack for planking shots (I couldn't really care less to check them out). Let's just have more pics of cool toys in crazy locations and weird poses I say, that actually show the toys [see the above example]

great idea but to make it better when someone finds you you have to try to scare them to death and then leave them on the side of the road in your place
