The postage label says that it was Insured. Take the box and rocks down to your Louisville Post Office to show the Postmaster. Have him start a mail fraud/theft inquiry with the Postal Inspector that covers the Merrimack NH area. I would bet that they no doubt have similar claims already on file.

You just click on an ebay users name and click on ebay user id. It takes 5 seconds.

You click on their feedback page, and on the right it will say "view ID history".

As with what mostly everyone has said, do not give this guy any sort of benefit of the doubt.

Truth be told, the post office doesn't give a crap about any sort of postal crime. I had my mail stolen by a neighbor in the past, and they did nothing. Never even pursued it. Police either. And these people were known troublemakers. Tons of police reports.
