The large Hedoran is the only large production figure I spotted for sale. The focus was on customs. I sure hope you meant 5000 yen

 Re: New Gargamel Figs!
Thanks for all the coverage Mark and Andy. This Deathra would look so amazing in my collection. The colors on it, and almost everything else, look great. 6 custom pocket Helpers! So happy the Gargamel guys like painting this little guy as much as I like collecting them.

 Re: New Gargamel Figs!
It was a cool show for sure - and for me completely unique - as I've never been to SDCC or any Gargamel Gallery show (Roto, etc.) for that matter. Living dead was able to grab some of the very best pieces in the show - CONGRATS Mark! But I think there was one deathra (naoya paint on peach (not flesh) vinyl), that was my favorite, and DID NOT get bought! So, there should be some great pieces stil up for grabs. When I left there were even 2 standard Miborahs still standing unclaimed - all the minis were gone in the first 10 minutes I heard. Most interesting moment of the show for me was meeting the NagNagNag creator, and his 'tickle-shake' (handshake with a little 'finger tickle thrown in there...) introduction.... interesting for sure

If the THINGS (stuff, items, 'pieces of soft vinyl manufacturing origin,' etc.) that are still available are to be refered to as 'toys' rather than 'pieces,' then I would have to update to say the following: "...should be some great toys still up for grabs." Are we speaking the same language now?

 Re: New Gargamel Figs!
Since around the early 2000's predominantly....
I simply see no issue with refering to hand-painted items of ANY sort as 'pieces,' but also have nothing against calling MY (personal or collected) or ANY OTHER toys just 'toys' - I repeat:
semantics
The Gargamel painted-plastic-things were nice to look at. For ME - nicer than MANY (but not all) paintings on Canvas or paper. I'm sure many would agree.
Call it/them whatever you want (or whatever YOU think is correct)- I don't mind. It's JUST semantics.

Whaaaa... toy collectors aren't allowed to be level headed, reasonable people who just enjoy these pieces of plastic. Who let you in? Thanks for the coverage man, chances of a toy or art show in my neck of the woods is slim. I hope one day I can take a trip and catch a Gargamel show.

 Re: New Gargamel Figs!
The last couple rounds of Gargamel show customs have looked really shiny in photos... are they that glossy in person? They almost make me think they are using Monster Kolor.

I blame my tight wallet for my altogether level-headedness regarding the whole thing/stuff/toys And regarding the pics... they have SUPER bright lights in the cabinets, and they kind of glare from above. They use v-color (or soft vi colors - same thing) - or the one other japnese brand (that is cheaper, but sold in bulk more that v-color). Soft-vi Color is for sale in Thrash Out. The pieces are shiny/glossy, but not all 'glary' like in the pics... Only about as shiny as normal unpainted Sofubi. None of us were shooting with an SLR (mine is with my wife up north : )- all point-and-shoot action there! I did a little 'shopping on this pic to try and fix it up a bit' - looks a bit more 'true to life.' edit - this is only one of 3 full cases! My other pics were no good...

 Re: New Gargamel Figs!
I want the Kaiju Dokudoku Gaiju and the Dokuroman just in case anyone snagged them and falls out of love with them, or if there still there and someone wants to grab them for me. Awesome! This show just looks incredible even by Gargamel standards. Thanks for all of the coverage guys.
