Re: A Nag Pa I Root I don't own any Nags and would only really want one of the black hairless ones, but I think it is a testament to Shigeru that this one toy has generated so much discussion. Say what you will about his "ignorance of sculpture," I think he is a creative genius. That being said, the test shot, or at least what can be seen of it, seems to be subpar, though the same was said of the Nag Balls, and they turned out fantastic.

Re: A Nag Pa I Root For me it's not even the style of sculpt or whatever, it's what was chosen to sculpt. A zombie, doesn't translate into the normal "Kaiju monster takes over Japan" feel that I love getting from my toys.
I do know that a lot of the people here (including myself) are sometimes very fickle. For proof look at the original Nag thread and see how much people hated that ugly beast, when he came on the scene. I think once it's released a lot of people will be happy, and a lot of people will do what they do best "NagNagNag".
