sos sounds like supreme skt shop in nyc. but with a gangsta vibe. not really much of a skate shop.

Haha!

I checked out the Supreme shop as it was recommended to me by the very friendly guys at Recon/Nort. They had stacks of folded T-shirts on the racks and when I picked one up to check it out they gave me the stink eye and swooped in to refold it as soon as I put it down. I felt kind of bad but then found out that this "bad attitude" service was part of the Supreme package. The second time I visited I made sure to check out every single one of those folded T-shirts with no guilt at all.

My online dealings with Span have been very good so I can't speak for their snooty retail store. I think with the exception of stores like Super 7, exclusive items are going to be sold by exclusive stores where you'll get exclusive attitude.

I'd laugh if Maz actually got one... :D

What I think is weird is that SOS is on some power trip with their lottery. You get to pick one number. You don't know if anyone else has already picked your number. If you enter a second number, you're out. Their webpage states that you cannot call or email them about your number or about the lottery. I mean what the hell?

Fuck KR for selling shit, it's a fuckin' hassle.

+1 I think I'm more stressed about selling there than actually selling the items period.

be like "this is what i have, this is my price, if you dont like it eat a fat dick"

works for me

He'd just lock the door, put all the toys in the middle of the floor, roll around in them, and just yell "mine!!!... all mine!!!..."

Taking a step back. Could you imagine S7 being as successful as it is, if Flynn and Ramos were arrogant SOB's?

Arrogance and ripping people of are two different things.
I had the cash and could've bought a tee to get the masked ranger from SOS, but I didn't on principle...
I don't want to move there dead stock for them.

Congratulations though! When did you find out?

To Maz's surprise, he did win one! slightly embarassed he wrote a nice thank you note but when the figure actually showed up, it was a a big pile of dog doo doo in the shape of the damage brain. The note said: "Fuck you. here's SoS exclusive piece of shit version"

now, that's customer service! (plus Maz had to buy a SB t-shirt as well)

btw, in case it didn't come across...this is a joke and in no way shape or form meant as any kind of attack on Maz. It's actually if anything, a criticism of SoS.
