Yea but it has nothing to do with Shig or COOP for that matter, and it shouldnt be advertised with a Nag which is where any potential hype is generating from because of the similarities between the two.. Ahh I gotcha I see what you're saying.. I agree the hype is out of control with the prices the way they are. Not much we can do about that though, if someone wants to pay $250 for this thing be my guest. I will never enter a lottery for one of these toys.

Great business tactic. And if Medicom ran with it this quickly, it's obviously working. Says much more about Nagx3's success than it does about this toy of course.

This seems to have all teh makings of the original Nag thread - cries of hype and whatever.

Difference is that despite all the board-generated hype from both the lovers AND the haters - Nags are a great toy (see earlier posts in teh locked NNN thread for a fair few descriptions why from me - I'm not going to waste my time or yours by repeating them here - those who own a NAG know)..... but this isn't. I'm shocked Medicom picked up on this. Maybe it will turn out to be a dream episode.

I usually agree with you whole heartedly on most toys, but on the Nags I can't even begin to see it being a toy, let alone great.

Haha - fair enough. I'm not desperate to convince people otherwise - but I have a fair few toys, and when I look at my shelves my eyes come to rest in lots of places...and some more than others. I love everything I have displayed (if I dont its in a box in the garage, or somewhere - but definitely not displayed as space is tight). Highlights for me when I stare around are things like Zags, Gogas, Cococrocs, SB Fights and Nags. My nag shelf just makes me smile - so many great textures and paint applications. As for being a toy - I took the Raw Power Nag out with me one day - and just carried him around and took him into stores I frequent and gave him to folk to check out - I even got a pic of him with Henry Rollins - and people were stoked. That day he was funner than any other Jp vinyl I own and more of a toy. And super poseable too - he had his photo taken with a bunch of folk at their request

But yeah - I know u like some rad stuff , a lot of stuff we intersect on for sure - and Nags maybe an aquired taste...but I have to admit to the opposite reaction to you - in that I find it surprising that some folk who like some pretty creepy and primitive toys, don't like this one. I keep thinking its more the peripheral noise surrounding the toy rather than a true dislike of the toy itself. But hey, each to their own. We cant like everything - and thats fine. One mans (raw) meat is another mans poison
