I was so close to pulling the trigger on this one, but the eyes seemed to blend in too much with the body. A small regret, but I'm still happy with what I got.

I really like the one-off Deathras.....they just seem to really work well with custom paints. These two are AMAZING...

It was my understanding that email orders were sold as lottery as well if they had multiple inquiries for one item. Could be wrong though.

while there is many great pieces left the guys i was looking at are gone... hope everyone gets to nab something they are after!... that camo deathra above is awesome... i love that color pallete... i know they did a crouching mibora and a standard zag... did anone see a crouching zag in this colorway as of yet?

I'm in the same boat. The only things left that I might be interested in are the Helpers, but even then I think I would be happier with just waiting for the new standard Hedo to makes its way over here.

Garamon tribute Hedoran is up on Super7 now, in case you missed it.

They're glossy, but nothing like the super-wet look that most MK jobs seem to have. I'm less experienced than say living dead & logang in this department, but judging from my Naoya & Kiyoka toys I'd say that Naoya often sprays some nice metallic paint (when well lit, may appear to have more gloss/glare) & Kiyoka's sprays are no more glossy than your average bare black or clear vinyl, which is glossy but not "wet" looking.

Like Rampage mentioned: the photos from TO shows are tricky because the cases are very well lit from the front, giving a glare or reflection on the surface of some of the toys. Also, the paints are metallic, not pearly (like MK), and seem to use a regular gloss coat, no more than the average production figure Gargamel puts out IMO.

Joe hinted at that guy being a possible future release long ago, but still nothing's come of it (yet).

OKay. I just got mine today and am literally blown away. That is indeed the unpainted version. Kiyoka nailed the paint job and I'm really impressed on the details of this hedoran.

picked one up on my last super7 visit and checked under the feet.

curious ...why take unpainted blue vinyl then spray it with dark blue.greenish paint all over?

garamon homage totally up my alley - what a thrilling colorway!

Without having seen the toy I would assume that it was painted with a transparent blue/green to achieve the final look. Either because (a) they couldn't get the exact vinyl color they wanted or (b) doing so results in a color with more depth, or (c) it helps with the fades they wanted to achieve - my bet is either "b" or "c".
I highly doubt they'd go to the trouble of having these produced in that color vinyl only to completely spray them with an opaque paint.

once in hand, you really see the silver highlights as well.
those don't show up in the pictures as much.

Those of you who have this Hedo and the Garamon, could we get some pics of them together? I'm wondering how well he goes with the M1GO Giant Garamon.
