I can only figure out from top left to bottom right:
Earthtron / King Zaurus III / Gudon / Stegon / Eledotus
Zagorus / Detton / Zazahn / Twin Tail / Kupukupu / Ghostron
Sartan / Sadora / Dungar / Terochilas / Bemstar / Gorbagos
Gokinezura / Takkong / Shugaron / Kingstron / Mognezun

Not sure if I even have all the names right so far.

A couple of guesses on my part:
row 2, 2nd figure from the left = Teresudon // row 2, 5th figure from the left = Kupukupu

Here's what I can identify, in order (first row) King Zaurs III, second row Zagorus, last row, Gokinezura. The identity of the final one still eludes me, but I am sure I can come up with it with some interwebbing.

Okay, so here is what I'm still wondering --- they were sold as 4 sets of 6 micros, yet only 22 sculpts are pictured. What do we know about the remainder of 2?

Well, could be there are a few 'bonus' or 'hidden' ones, but at least the two that are featured from his blog, which are Keylla and Goron, are in addition to the ones shown on the kaiju map. Since these are two specifically addressed from buyers' questions, I am guessing that is probably it, but we can always hope for more

I thinks one more needs correction. Second row, second from left is Detton (デットン) from Return of Ultraman.

I believe you're correct, that does look more like Detton. Nicely done!

Hmm, I was under the impression (and kind of hoping actually) that these sets were all mixed and matched, including the colours, except for the two preview figures. Kinda like a blind box set with a window figure (a la MIMP). Takes some of the mystery and fun out of it, but I still like them.

The prices are a bit confusing for this release

^^^ There are 24 micros altogether, and they are packaged and sold in 4 different sets of 6 figures each. Prices vary from source to source, but direct from Buta they were 3,000Y ($39.07USD) per set.

At the current prices, I couldn't afford them being blind boxed... I'm really bummed I missed the new yellow ape...
