 mayweather vs ortiz Wow! Did anyone else see this? Ortiz goes is to hug and apologize for a head butt and Mayweather unleashes a 1-2 knock out sucker punch combo. Re: mayweather vs ortiz I thought it was pretty lame. When you're without a doubt one of the best active boxers right now, there's no reason to take a cheap shot like that.
But I think Mayweather was getting revenge for the headbutt, and didn't think it would cause a knockout. Who knows though.

Re: mayweather vs ortiz what about the Merchant interview after the fight? I've had my issues with Larry Merchant for years...and I know people who despise him...but Mayweather has no class on any level. Merchant held his own considering, and I have a newfound respect for him.
what an asshole Mayweather is...this fight just solidifies that fact.

If you knew Mayweather's personality, and like really knew him, you could see in his eyes, at first, he just tapped him like man fuck off, than he was like "He just mother fucking hugged me in the middle of a boxing match, and I'm not going to knock him out?" That's probably the same thing that happened with that girl he was training too, the girl that's got charges on him. And seriously, who had any respect for Mayweather to begin with?
