NHL 12 season has finally started!!!! I guess I won't be playing anything else till I finish my season...or seasons.

mega man 1-6, 9 and 10 completed.
7 and 8 are almost too bad to bare!

Me and my buddy tried playing Megaman 7. We got to Wily's Castle... We'll probably never play it again. That game is terrible. 8 is even worse.

I'm finishing up The World Ends With You on DS and starting Catherine on the PS3. TWEWY is old, sure, but it was extremely enjoyable--great, constantly evolving battle system that makes level grinding a pleasure and a cast of characters you can actually care about (even if they dress abominably). Fun facts: you are encouraged to cross-dress your characters and eating tons of junk food will make you braver.

I'm always looking for good, story-driven RPGs to play, if anyone has recommendations lay 'em on me please!

RAGE looks awesome! Some neat new FPS gameplay along with killer environments and graphics. Got high hopes for that one...

I play at Dead Island, but very repetitive and looong.
All the quest looks the same.

Yeah I rented Dead Island from Redbox and it was fun for like 30 min. of bashing w/others but I had NO motivation to finish quests. If I did a quest it was an accident. I could see paying like $10 for it, but otherwise meh. I like the idea of some open world zombie game, but it needs to be LESS goal motivated. Just open smashing and weapon finding and survival is quest enough.

it'll be $40. just like the other re-released bundle packs they've been putting out. (god of war, resistance, etc.) I am gonna pick this and fifa 12 up shortly. Right after I finish gears

You forget the respawn of the zombies! Too many round trips for the quest...

i've got rock band 1-3 + beatles, and i can't see myself getting rid of it.

for me, gran turismo 5 and modnation racers will most likely get traded to cover some of the $40

We had a house, moved to an apt. it's a lot harder to play it when you don't get home till 10:00 and have to be quiet. Plus we haven't played it in almost 2 years.

Battlefield 3 demo is out today on all platforms.

Hoping the BF3 beta is lot more enjoyable than the BFBC2 beta. Otherwise I think I'll just be picking up MW3 this fall.

That is how I was with Dead Rising. I'm sure I will try Dead Island at some point, but I have no real interest in buying it.
