Hey, I get the desire for fingernails, especially if your sculpting, and masking off a lot of toys... Those are a working mans hands...

I really found the mixed parts Marusan figures to be quite striking actually!

I do like mixed parts, but those figure themselves weren't any of my favourites, and so maybe that's why they didn't seem to do much for me. It was great to check them out in person, I just didn't feel like I needed to own them.

I do get what kevlo is saying though, this seems like a cry for attention from Marusan to try and lure back customers to their side from many of the newer companies. I think they should just stick to what they know and are good at though. Seemed like a kind of gimmicky grab to through some stuff together in a rehashed way just to have some stuff to show at SuperFest.

C'mon, How cool are those whacky Eiffel Towers? How do I order from Marusan? My computer never translates anything usually at all. Does this mean I'm sh*t out of luck?

grumbletoy usually has a nice selection of marusan toys and even show exclusives i think:

http://www.grumbletoy.com/store/index.p ... ilter_id=0

im with ultrakaiju, though the garamon seems to be pretty cool, mixed parts toys looking a little bid uninspired to me too.
more classic stuff is what im expecting and would like to buy from them.

Aww....I dig the Marusan rainbow sets, in general...though they take up so much fucking room. Pulling them apart and mixing up the parts seems only natural, and it's nice to be able to buy just *one* figure. I need me a Varan...

Umm...

Pretty confident those are Tokyo Tower.

I'm not even a Grody guy but I have to admit that's hot. The ojis look great in milky white. Congrats on the score.

I am not sure if any will come up in the after market, they sold out at the show and I got the last one on the table. But, I did ask and they will be making more in different colors.
