 So yeah... I'm cranky and bored. Its Monday. Mrs. hellopike is out for the next few hours, and I *thought* that I would be getting a package in the mail today and I'd spend the evening savoring my newest addition to my collection until I realized when I got home from work that its Columbus Day...
So yeah. I'm bored. Anyone got any good links? Something funny ideally.

Re: So yeah... Ha fellow toy collectors unite! As one of the few groups dependent on the post office we always know when a dumb holiday like this rolls around. Most people are off enjoying their day but WE think -FUCK why is the damn post office closed?!

Yep, this 'bank holiday' mostly means to me that a.) the Butas I scored last week won't be here until tomorrow, and b.) the packages and money I sent out last week won't hit their mark today either. Re: So yeah... well, i took rich's advice and painted. i finished a small commission which incidentally is the last piece of vinyl i have in my possession to paint. i'm officially fresh out.  everything left is part of the permanent collection. maybe ill get something at nycc to paint/paint over... but for now im done!

The PO left a notice on my door on Saturday...they could have left the box, it isn't even signature. I went to pick it up today only to find they were closed.
