Another board that I'm on, and that several of you guys are on, had this great giveaway deal a couple weeks ago, and I thought it would be cool to see if we could eclipse it with even more love over here on SB. The idea was simple. We start a list, and anyone can nominate anyone else from this board to receive a gift. I'm posting it here in the For Sale forum because I think it'll get the most traffic here.

Who can be added?
Got someone who hooked you up way more than you deserved? Add them to the list. Somebody went out of their way and muled for you? Add them to the list. I'll cut off the list at some point, and then I'll do a drawing. Prizes can be chosen by the winners in the order that their name is drawn.

Where do the gifts come from?
I'll start us off with a small gift, and whoever would like to add something to the gift list is welcome to. Prizes can be whatever you guys want to donate. Then however many gifts we end up with, that's how many names we'll draw. So the more gifts we all donate, the more people can win. Over on the other board we ended up with about 150 names on the list, and 40 gifts. So that was more than 1/3 of the people that won! After the names are drawn, we'll hook up the winner with the gift donor to exchange info, and then the donor pays to ship the item. If international shipping is involved, I'll let the donors decide how they want to work that.

This is a great idea James, thanks for putting it out there. When would the draw be exactly? I am moving in a weeks time, and would like to contribute sone stuff, but I won't be around any of my vinyl for a while.

Let me be the first to nominate someone then, and you'll have to forgive the appearances - but I nominate g-money and TiredChidren, and not just for this list, and not even for myself, but for all those he helped out with submissions for custom monsters at NYCC. Seriously. These guys were bombarded with submissions and still took the time to print each one off and hand deliver them to Luke over the con. Stand-up effort.
