Yes Brian,
It is a Nutty Mad trike, the graphics on the trike are as cool as the figure.
I got it several years ago; please PM me if you are interested in a trade.

That trike is cool. So what's the deal with "Nutty Mad" vintage trikes?

The Trikes are wind ups made by the Marx company as part of the Nutty Mad 6" plastic figure line they produced in the early to mid 60's. There was also a series of friction cars (tin with rubber heads). They were made to "compete" with the custom car monster fad going on. Monsters in the early 60's, customs cars during the same time. Rat Fink, Weird Oh's, Nutty Mads.......

The trikes are similar to the Kaiju ones you see with Ultraman and the Monster (sounds like a band). Simple wind ups that run across a table.

The trike looks ghoulish. The character looks like he stepped out of DC's House of Mysteries...

So, how many different Nutty Mad trikes were made? What does the box look like?

Well, I am not sure of how many different types of trykes were made; this is the only type I have seen. The toy was made by Marx in the 1960's and most Nutty Mads were hard plastic caricatures ; you can find these on Ebay frequently. But Marx also made tin litho toys, before the process became too costly and tin playset and toys were deemed unsafe for kids.
Anyway, Marx also made at least 2 types of Nutty Mad tin friction autos, each with a differnet head and different graphics on the cars. So I would not be surprised if they made other types off NM trykes, I just have not seen them. Also, do not know what the box looks like. As fot the character riding the tryke, I believe it is supposed to be a witch or ghoul and not a licensed character, although Marx did make a lot of licensed characters on trykes, including the Flintstones, Spiderman, Thor, etc.
The Marvel ones are very rare.
