Well jeez I looked at the photos on the blog and was totally BLOWN AWAY by Lamour's talent. It is awesome, and amazing that he could accomplish something that looks so clean on that scale in a relatively brief amount of time.

What big names like Rammellzee and Haring did before they were paid to do it was never for a second compromised by the fact that they ended up being gallery stars, nor did anyone with a brain think that their artistic voices lost significance once they did find some success. I once went to AB for three years in a row (06-08)...and while fun, made the fatigue I have during SDCC feel like I was on cocaine. It is a VERY overwhelming week...so anyone who can be there and make art at the same time (not just stand next to something that was done beforehand) gets big props from me.
