i can't stand people that wear hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeve tees, cardigans, or any other piece of apparel that is meant to keep you warm...and then push the sleeves up on their arms. Really? just take the dumb thing off if you're too hot.

Sometimes just your chest/torso is cold but your forearms are good, don't hate.

I really want to love Manadarke but they are such teases. Then when you finally get your order confirmation, more than half the stuff is out of stock. On top of that, the shipping is EXORBITANT. also, handling fee... really ? maybe this would be better off in the FU thread.

I can tell I'm going to be a regular poster to this thread already. Let's see if we can get this thread up to triple digits in post pages, then have it implode from the sheer weight of all our collective hang up's, neurosis, ocd's etc etc.

I see some people after me already said a few I forgot to include, so here's some more:

1) Assumption you're on facebook. I hate social networking tools. I'm on SB because I've found people with similar interests as me. I don't need to 'find myself' and have a kajillion imaginary 'friends' all while having my privacy invaded by facebook spyware. I also don't need updates on the fact that you are walking to store, having a smoke, getting your mail etc. My g/f is always arguing with someone on facebook. I think it's more trouble than it's worth.

2) Cashiers at the grocery store that always ask if I want my milk bagged? Really? Think about it, do I want to carry a giant heavy gallon container of condensating milk and put it on a dirty car floor mat? Take those germs and put them in my fridge? Half the time I'm riding my bike or walking. In fact wise ass- double bag that shit so I don't have the bag break and have a street full of white liquid!

3) Any kind of customer service that starts off with a robotic voice saying "We are currently experiencing high call volume...." Yeah no shit it's called hire more people dumb ass.

I have my milk unbagged all the time. I don't like wasting plastic and the germs in your car have just as much a chance to get in that open bag from the floor as they do w/o it. Plus how do THEY know you rode your bike or walked? Or if they did know it's still not safe to assume you'd want a bag, I know people who ride bikes to the store who don't want bags (environmental reasons) and just toss it in their own bag or basket.

Don't be mad at the store for asking, lots of us don't do that. Also what brand of milk are you buying that leaks like a new mother? There's usually a LITTLE condensation on mine (usually water though) but I never have it dripping out enough to be a "thing."

My pet peave is people with weird pet peaves (I'm just being a stinker, no hard feelings.)

I think if I just sit here long enough you will slowly come up with all of mine, so far so good.

I just look like an asshole that needs his milk bagged and we'll just leave it at that. No but seriously I frequent the same places when I'm out of milk, often the same cashiers. They always see me ride my bike up. I'm not one of those super coordinated people who can ride without my hands on the bars. If we ever hung out in real life I'd probably make you want to jump out of window to escape because I have a million pet peeves.

If you are a cashier who sees my face nearly every day yet still ask to see my ID to purchase alcohol, which is the only thing I ever purchase from you, at least a few times a week, you are an asshole or an idiot & either way, I hate you. No one around here looks anything like me & my beard is almost 21.

Yeah yeah I figured I would get shit for that one No but seriously it's a southern bible belt thing I think.... I'm not from the south and I have never ever had women do that until I moved down here. It's really fucking annoying. It's like get over yourself lady! Wear a turtle neck then if you are so damn conservative! And I swear I am never staring. Well maybe only sometimes....

I most certainly share many of these pet peeves. But here's a new one

When a waiter comes and asks what you're going to eat, doesn't write it down, goes away and 1) he comes back and asks again and doesn't write it down yet AGAIN or 2) brings your order wrong. Num 1) makes the cycle repeat.

When people have conversations in the middle of the hall or at an intersection or on stairs - MOVE TO THE SIDE. This is my biggest pet peeve, especially on stairs.

Drunk people yelling outside
Car alarms that keep going off
People that only talk to you when they need a favor
That fly that keeps flying just out of reach and you can't hit it no matter how hard you try (Breaking Bad for reference)
When it's too hot but you can't do anything about it (I like cold weather)

"Uptalking." A little bit now and then is okay, but people who make a regular habit of it sound like morons to me and I want to slap them.

(Uptalking is when you speak a sentence with an upward cadence at the end, as if it's a question.)

If that's something that Aussies do, then Oz gets a pass. The phenomenon became common here in the USA in the 1980s and has gone mainstream since then. We can blame our friends in Australia for "no worries" but that's not so bad, really.
