in my experience i've had no problems. I've only put in for the hitos and smog kings. Maybe Puppet seijin is a more popular sculpt

So after further reading it looks like the drill does actually turn. The figure has 9 parts, 3 head parts, 2 abdomen parts, 2 legs, 1 arm part, and finally the drill.

So does anyone know for sure that the figures don't come with both arm attachments?

The drill hand is so much better. The scissors hand is to long, it gives odd proportions to the arm.

Why did he not put them both in the package ? Even with a minimal additional cost.

I like the baby-blue body better, though the B heads have a nice color combo...
