Re: A Nag Pa I Root
I think one of the reasons everyone is so up in arms about lottery results is because they might not have much experience with lotteries. Throughout my years, starting very early, I have watched my father NOT WIN the Ohio lottery, every single Tuesday and Friday, year after year. One thing about those damned lotteries, they're pretty hard to win. Anybody on here know anyone personally that has won a lottery jackpot? Granted, your odds at winning a lottery for a toy are much better than the Mega Millions, and I find that comforting. We should feel honored that these artists give us (or anyone for that matter) the opportunity to purchase their goods. Its not like they're offering their goods to make more money than Master P, this is their passion. They are willing to share it with the whole world, but people forget about the things that go on inside you when you see that piece that speaks to you. Why do they forget? Because someone has more than them. We're all brothers here people. You might not want to believe it, but we are pinnacle of toy nerddom. Band together, support each other, someone might hook you up because "you're not an asshole". Now that all that hippy nonsense is outta the way, can we go back to talking about cavemen with acidic diarrhea and zombies with maggots in their b-hole?

I realize we're getting super off topic but the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw NZOMBI was a Famicom game called Sweet Home (スウィートホーム). The dude looks way different in the movie it's based on but that screenshot is burned into my brain. Sorry all for the nerd tangent.

TMI, but some of us gotta grab it wherever we can, right Slack! The other thing to remember this isn't a lottery to win free schwag. This is a lottery simply for the privilege to overpay a few hundred $$$ for a fugly dolly that serves no function or use . . . and in the latest instance, one you have no clue WTF is under the fur! I'm not breaking out the josticks yet but can't see why ever release should be the cause for a major meltdown in the grand scheme of things! That said, I'm moving to NYC . . .

PLUS, I vaguely remember seeing an episode of cribs back in 96 or so where he showed off his solid gold bathtub. If hes still scrubbin in it, his ass is sitting on a MINT! Btw, the new rack is nice!

Re: A Nag Pa I Root
I doubt who ever is selling it cares if they win again, this is enough I'm sure.
On the comment about "failing" there's 0 way to sell a toy w/o 1 getting flipped. None. It's not possible. So you lost man, I've won Nag lotteries and lost and have 0 connection to Shig or Mishka or COOP or anyone. Who cares that much?
Here's my argument against some sort of rigged system: What's the benefit of going through all that BS for Shig? Why not just write these dudes and say "I'll hook you up?" It's easier, no BS time spent adjusting a blog, no crap time mass deleting emails. It makes no sense. There's no point. So why?
Why should he care how he "looks" to us, so "to look good" wouldn't be a legit reason to rig it. The people who like this figure still would even if they found out he did rig it. No point then. He wouldn't lose money or fans really. I just can't see any REAL reason it'd be worth his time and all the BS to fake something like that.
I'm not trying to internet fight but I am honestly open to the theory of why.

Re: A Nag Pa I Root
If the end goal is to identify flippers and eliminate removing them from the pool of entries the artist could send them out with minor discernible differences in the paint app. Probably more work than it's worth but may as well go all the way.

Re: A Nag Pa I Root
I think quite a few of us were thinking of messaging the thebluebunnygardener pretty much the same question and in addition to BD69, I totally agree, I think that argueing about a rigged lottery is just childish... I've won twice, lost many times and I have no connection whatsoever with anyone; let's just not make people come to this thread only to read about complaints when there could be shots or a more creative way of using this space.
