He may be laid out as we speak. Can someone check on him? There is no telling what happened after he saw the picture of these bad boys.

Ditto! That is really funny. Before I even read what you wrote, I was thinking the same exact thing looking at the picture. I was actually thinking that I would email you to ask if you could paint the eyes and mouth, lol. I love the way you think ;)

These look really great in the black and green marble, and will look that much better with the facial features painted (IMO). At the moment the marbling kind of hides the facial features, and painting them will really make them"pop". I can barely wait to hold them in hand! Thank you for offering to paint the facial features at no extra charge, it's definitely appreciated :D

Yeah, I now understand why S7 paints the facial details on their marbles. Live and learn.

I'll post some painted samples tonight to help people decide.

Ah, the marbles are really looking killer. I am glad I jumped in when I had the chance. What colours are you thinking for paint Joe? Yellow might work well on these, but I am interested to see what samples you come up with.

Still thinking. Debating between a dark green, purple, or red. Of course if anyone has a color in mind they really want just let me know with your request. I will test those colors tonight and see which I prefer, and go with that.

Lol, yup, you never stop learning. Which is a good thing though. But both versions will look great, it's just personal preference at this point. Some people like fully unpainted, and some people would like at least the eyes painted (if not more).

Posting up some painted samples will be a great way to help people decide. I'll email you later on tonight most likely to request a painted one. (BTW, is there something specific that you would like us to write in the subject line of the email? i.e. "Painted Please" or something like that?)

Will the teeth and eyes be white/white-ish or were you thinking of purple/red/dark green for those as well? Sooo many good and tempting choices! How shall one decide?

In the subject line it doesn't matter. Just put paint my marble or whatever. I will probably stay with white teeth and eyes. Maybe a little off white. I don't want any colors that are too flashy and clash with the green of the marble. Just some simple details to enhance.

My mind is totally boggled too man. I love unpainted toys so much. But then again, just a few painted details would look awesome too. I'll definitely hafta wait til Joe posts the test paints before deciding.

Difficult decision, but very cool of Joe to let us choose.

Ok, painted up some samples, after some experimentation, I just went with dark green mouths, a little dark purple on the Diggler tongues, and off white eyes and teeth. When I tried purple and red, I just felt like the marble is already so intense, a brand new color was just too much. Hope this helps in the decision making process.

god what a tough call looking at the unpainted marble i was stoked cause the way the marble hit the face some of the teeth were black and i thought that was great but the eyes were kinda lacking here the eyes and mouth pop but i lose the fun of those black teeth... i have to ponder lol
