Re: Dustin's Ultra-Thread: Cadaver Kids: 1/31/12
Ok. These guys will go up for sale tomorrow at noon (San Francisco time) in my bigcartel shop (link in my signature). Still gotta figure out if I can put the quantity on the site so it will know if/when they're sold out. If anybody has any experience with this, a PM would be appreciated. Trying to avoid any disappointments/refunds. Thanks, everybody!

Re: Dustin's Ultra-Thread: Cadaver Kids: 1/31/12
I love these Dustin! I really like the colors that you chose. And I also really love your attention to detail and all of the paint applications that you used. It really sucks that I can't afford one at the moment (can't afford any toy for a while..), but maybe I can ask my husband to get me one for Valentine's Day?!?! Keep up the amazing work! Once I start making some money again, I will have to commission a piece or few from you.

Re: Dustin's Ultra-Thread: Cadaver Kids: 1/31/12
I had the same problem, I hope it is still amendable. Luckily I can use some other shipping means. Hope everyone that wanted one got one, they were there for more than a couple minutes.

That was quick. Thanks everybody.
If you're one of the people that selected USA and you're not in the USA (you know who you are), PM me about squaring up on the shipping. Chogokin Jawa already did and I appreciate it.
I ain't shipping these shits all over creation for $5.00.

^ If they don't settle up with you, perhaps they meant to send it to me as a gift. I'm in the US.

Re: Dustin's Ultra-Thread: Cadaver Kids: 1/31/12
All the shipping issues have been sorted out. Thanks. I'll be sending these out in the next couple days. Thanks again, everybody, for the support. Pretty overwhelming to see them sell out so fast.

Dude anytime I'm bummed out I take a few minutes and peruse your thread, and I feel happy. Your paintjobs have such an endearing quality to them. I really hope you do another run of ankly's.

Sometimes it works out better than others...depends on how inspiring the toy itself is and how well I can realize whatever's in my brain. With Joe's CK, the vision came easy. The hardest part was putting in the time to get the whole run completed and make each one good enough to have a place in someone's collection.

Re: Dustin's Ultra-Thread: Cadaver Kids: 1/31/12
Dude! Those pics look great! Thanks for posting them. Man, this run has been really eye-opening for me. Dealing with ravenous CK collectors, international shipping price discrepancies, and seeing one flipped on eBay...lots of lessons learned. All that aside, it's worth it to see somebody so happy just to have one in their collection. Thanks again, Stef.
