Marmit..its dated 1997 but i dont know when it was released. I think it was for a Fest.
I have seen pics of the same sculpt in a couple of other solid colorways.
Guy in j had it.

that head is a whole different sculpt..the bloody areas are like cuts.
its an awesom figure..I also really like the discription on th epamphlet
