Still can't get into many games for the more recent consoles. But they make great Netflix players.

However... my girl moved in with her dual NES/SNES console and bought me Zelda A Link to the Past for SNES for Xmas. Favorite game EVER.

Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning comes out tomorrow and I am super stoked.

I just played the demo today, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I might consider picking it up in the future.

So I kinda gave up on System Shock 2 and moved onto L.A. Noire. I picked up RE:Revelations but it's going to be a long time before I can play it. Need to buy a 3DS first.

Tbh, not only Blizzard... there are so many sequels out there that take years of development, excellent ones too: think of Skyrim, Dark Souls, Killzone just to mention a few. The important thing is that Diablo turns out good, it'll be worth the wait

Ahhh fuck, stupid Playstation Network is down again. Heard a rumor someone tried to jailbreak their playstation, Sony expelled him, then Anonymous got involved again and hacked their network again. I'm all for Anonymous but really the only people they seem to hurt are the users of the PS3 network more so than Sony.

I tried Skyrim and to be honest I'm not half way impressed so far... Bit of an incongruent storyline as I killed a store owner's wife in front of him only to finish up accepting a quest from the say guy five minutes later with no reaction from him whatsoever... I was expecting something more from the mighty Skyrim... Might as well go back to Demon's Souls or Dark Souls...

I'd play Skyrim just to put things on people's heads and steal their items.

Picked up Saints Row: The Third...senseless fun

Also playing this. The first two were some of the best low-brow fun I've had on a console. The third doesn't disappoint.

Finally picked up Splatterhouse as well - a couple of years late on this one, I know. Fun button masher though. Tons of gore and some cool looking cut-scenes.

Not playing as much now. PS3 passed away a few days ago after about 6-7 years together
