 Astro Boy....who made this?
This is something I bought in 1999. Just wondering which company might have made this. If 1997 isn't vintage go ahead and move this thread. Thanks for the help!

Actually I have all Kaibutsu's Medicom versions and one of each of the others, except wolfman. I also have the minis. I don't have a Medicom group shot though... It would be nice to see one if you have one. atease wrote: Axolotl wrote: Well, that billiken one. And the hyper hobby one. And the new wobble head one. And the Medicom set?

 Re: Astro Boy....who made this?
FWIW, the way I have always understood ket terms are: Antique = Objects 100 years old or older. Vintage = Objects 20 years old or older. Collectable = Objects that are less than 20 years old.
So the collectable market is mostly full of crap that people self-define as having some future value. The vintage market are things that will most likely become antiques since they have proven themselves to have value beyond someone declaring them a “collectible.” Antiques pretty much will be antiques forever.
Also if you use the term “vintage“ and it is and someone complains, they are most likely pleasures to do business with and you should carve time out of each day to deal with them.

And the Hyper Hobby Kaibutsu kun set? Axolotl wrote: Well, that billiken one. And the hyper hobby one. And the new wobble head one. So Dennis, the second one is the finger puppet one? Is that Billiken? Or which one is it!? Baikin wrote: There are two Billiken sets and two Bounty Hunter sets that I have, I need a bunch of those Medicom ones still. Edit. I found the answer!
